With A Bang.

For our seventh anniversary, the hubs and I went to NYC again.  We ate, we drank, we tattooed.  It was a great trip.  Then just before my 34th birthday (old as fuck, guys) (roughly two weeks later), I found out that we were pregnant again.

I won't ever shy away from the fact that I had a miscarriage and that the miscarriage almost broke me.  So this pregnancy was both a blessing and a huge source of anxiety - like loss isn't a threat, it's a promise.  But it's been great so far.  My symptoms are mild, her heart is strong, and she's been measuring above at every visit.

So guys, here's Johanna Burke, eta June 22nd. 

I call her Baby Voldy, because holy crap, that face needs to fill in.
